One of Erik McCauley's students had a problem with Field Search that puzzled us for a few minutes. Basically the problem revolved around images not appearing in the report back at the office when the report was saved to an RTF file.
The solution was that somehow the User had unchecked the "Export Images" box when saving the report to his USB drive. This REMOVES the images from the RTF file - which, of course, leads to them not being present in the report back at the office. Unfortunately, it also means they are probably not recoverable.
INSTRUCTORS and Field Search USERS. Please take caution to ensure the "Export Images" checkbox remains in it's default state (checked) when saving Final Reports in RTF format. I'll change the manual to reflect this point. It never occurred to us that someone might accidentally uncheck the box. We put the capability to remove images from the Report in Field Search at the request of some folks working CP cases who wanted to produce a report without the images but seizing the images through the seize function of Field Search.
