Dr. Brake and I released Version 3.0 of the Adult SSOTR on January 12, 2010. This new version expands and clarifies the definitions in some of the 31 elements, includes some minor rewording, includes brief instructions on how the SSOTR might be used and has concluding comments on the SSOTR's relationship to models of treatment.
The updated SSOTR is available on either of our web sites:

The SSOTR is available free to any justice system, treatment or evaluation agency. It may be downloaded, duplicated and used without royality or fee. We only ask that you cite the authors.
We are now working on producing an updated version of the Juvenile SSOTR (JSSOTR). We hope to have it released in the near future.
